Pre-Order Questions

If you have not yet placed your order, but you have questions not answered on the site, please send us a letter. We are usually able to respond to information requests within two (2) business days, but it sometimes takes longer, so please be patient. Your business is extremely important to us, and your business is appreciated.

Order Info / Customer Care

If you have already placed an order, and you have not received it, or you have questions, concerns or problems, please contact us. You MUST include your shipping invoice number, because once return receipt is received, we destroy any records with your name, address or email address, so without that identifier, we have no way of knowing what you purchased, when and what the circumstances may be. Please be as clear as possible with your request for information and we’ll have one of our service reps respond as soon as possible.

Media Inquiries

If you are an accredited member of the media and would like to talk with us for a story, please send an email starting with MEDIA INQUIRY. Please let us know who the story is for, your deadline, and how you’d like us to respond. We always have a PR rep available for comments and interview answers by email, but Aaron is also frequently available for telephone interviews and on-air commentary when that’s required. Please just let us know what we can do to help your story.
